How do I renew my shopping cart account?
Our recurring billing system will automatically renew your shopping cart account. No action is required on your part. However, it is important that you maintain accurate billing address and credit card information in the Billing Information section.
To update your billing and credit card information, click on Account > Billing Information.
Do you store my credit card information on your servers?
We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date on our servers. VeriSign, Inc., our payment gateway provider, securely maintains complete credit card information for your company.
Can I renew my shopping cart account under a different service plan?
Yes. You can change the service plan that will be used for your next account renewal by clicking on Account > Service Plan. For example, if you are currently on the monthly service plan, you can switch to the annual service plan before your next renewal date.
