Are there ever service interruptions?
Uptime is our highest priority. We invest heavily in leading hardware and software to power our network of servers. We also thoroughly test new features prior to moving them into production. This does not mean we're immune to problems but we make every effort to minimize or eliminate downtime in the rare case when problems occur.
Although it's extremely rare that we have to bring our servers down to perform maintenance, we will send out a notice if downtime is required.
What should I do if I cannot access your website or the shopping cart?
More than likely, there is a problem along the route between your ISP and our network. First, test to be sure you can access other websites. Ask a friend, who uses a different ISP, to access our website or try a mobile device that uses a cellular network. This is simply to determine if our service is actually down or if it's an ISP problem. Please contact us at any time if you suspect a service outage.
