Collect optional information from customers
The Optional Fields feature allows you to collect information from customers that isn't collected by default. You can enable or disable collecting:
- Customer comments
- Shipping address information
- Company name
- Fax number
- Website Address
- Phone
You can also enable a checkbox that lets customers set if their order is being shipped to a residential or business address.
