Administration Area Overview

Start by familiarizing yourself with the links and menus used in the Shopping Cart Administration Area.


User Menu

  • My Account: Manage your contact and billing information, service plan and password. Also, create access controlled sub-accounts for others.
  • Logout: Exit the Shopping Cart Administration Area.

Main Menu

  • Settings: Customize the appearance and behavior of your shopping cart.
  • Products: Manage the products, services or digital goods you sell through your shopping cart.
  • Orders: Manage your orders, send invoices to customers and set order preferences.
  • Customers: Manage your customers' contact, account and order information.
  • Gift Certificates: Create and manage customer gift certificates.
  • Reports: Generate and print sales and inventory reports.

Side Menu

The side menu displays sub-options for each item in the main menu. For example, if you click on Settings in the main menu, the side menu will offer choices such as Payment Methods and Shipping Methods.

Getting Help

If you're in need of technical assistance, click on Help in the user menu. You'll also find context sensitive help throughout pages of the shopping cart (look for info icons)
